Cancellation policy

This policy applies to pre-order items and any other purchase options (items you reserve or pay for before they are ready to ship).
- Cancelling a pre-order. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has shipped. Contact the support address for your region with your order number, and we will cancel the item and refund it to your original payment method.
- Estimated ship dates and delays. Pre-order ship dates are estimates and may change. If we cannot ship within the estimated timeframe, we will notify you, and you may choose to keep waiting or to cancel the item for a full refund of that item.
- Deposits and partial payments. Where a pre-order is offered with a deposit or partial payment, any remaining balance is charged as described at checkout before the item ships. You may cancel before the balance is charged and receive a refund of amounts already paid for that item.
- Recurring purchase options. If we ever offer a recurring or subscription option, you may cancel it at any time before the next renewal by contacting your regional support address; cancelling stops future charges and renewals.
- EU/UK customers. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation under applicable EU or UK consumer law.
